Add the name of the person who did the original post that started the thread in the thread preview.

Example from superhuman below. “Vikram” started the thread, and John and Josh have responded. Similarly, Maziar started a thread and Josh responded (Josh’s response is the most recent response)

In Comms it would look something like the image below (with better formatting). Sam posted the original message on the thread, and Ben responded.
