Unable to install comms

This is probably happening because you’ve already installed Comms on your computer. Some other users have reported this in the past, and, unfortunately, for browser apps there is currently no way to (a) detect if Comms is already installed and (b) to detect if installing Comms succeeds or fails.
To learn if Comms is already installed you can either
- Search your local computer like you would search for any other app/file.
- When viewing app.comms.day, look in the URL bar for an icon in the right corner which looks like a box with an arrow pointing out of it. Click on that icon.
- Some browsers also allow clicking on the hamburger / “three little dots” menu > More tools > Show apps.
